RDB Star Rating
RDB Star Rating is the leading independent accreditation company in the UK that takes an holistic approach to the assessment of care homes. This approach identifies those care homes that provide and can demonstrate a high Quality Care Service.
RDB awards between two to five stars for the care and services provided by the home, it does not take into account the property itself. The property is measured by different criteria for which crowns are awarded, however a home cannot receive this award until it has achieved a minimum RDB 4 star rating.
