Quantum Training Services Ltd.(QTS) specialises in delivering training for care homes and care agencies to enable them to meet the requirements of their service users by providing quality person centred care.

QTS staff are all experienced trainers, assessors, tutors and nurse lecturers with many years experience in various sectors of the care industry including over 50 years experience in care home management.

QTS training contracts are available for delivery either in regional training centres or at a clients own premises.

Mercia College provides NVQ Health & Social Care training to levels 2, 3, 4 and Leadership in Management. Mercia College also designs and delivers Skills for Life programmes that are contextualized and usually delivered alongside the NVQ.

Responding to needs of clients Quantum Management Services (QMS) was established to assist the clients to cope with ever changing management demands.

QMS provides high quality consultancy advice and guidance on matters relating to care homes, residential or with nursing, as well as domiciliary care practices
