English Community Care Association (ECCA) held its 2008 national conference and exhibition, ‘Mind the Gap! The future of care’ at the Holiday Inn, London, on 12 November.

The conference came at an extremely challenging time for the whole care sector when funding shortfalls, changes in regulation and personalised services are just some of the issues to contend with.
