e3Learning is working with ECCA to develop and introduce a series of highly cost effective online training courses for care homes. The courses cover a wide range of important topics, including health & safety courses such as Safety Fundamentals, environmental courses such as Office Ergonomics, employee management courses such as bullying and harassment, and courses specific to aged care such as Food Hygiene, Dementia and Elderly Abuse.
e3Learning courses are designed to deliver sound educational outcomes through the use of scenarios, problem based exercises, role plays and other interactive methods. The courses engage and maintain the user’s involvement throughout, provide relevant information, and enable the workforce to maintain the required level of compliance with the minimum of effort and cost. The courses are delivered by a Learning Management System that automates all the tracking, recording and reporting requirements.
