Our medication administration systems are designed to help staff in Nursing and Care Homes to deliver the best possible care for their residents, through the administration of medication in an efficient and effective way whilst meeting the rigorous care standards. The Boots Monitored Dosage System (MDS) has been designed to help reduce time spent on drug rounds and record keeping, whilst providing a clear audit trail. Our accredited ‘Care of Medicines’ training meets National minimum Standards and Skills For Care learning requirements, and is delivered face-to-face by one of our pharmacists. This is expert training which is only available at Boots.
